PLACING AN ORDER

 

Orders can be placed through our website and through Instagram, over the phone or via email. Once you have placed an order and received confirmation you will have entered into a purchase contract with us.

When buying an item, you agree that:

 

1.  You are responsible for reading the full item listing and checking the dimensions before making a commitment to buy.

2. You enter into a legally binding contract when you commit to buy an item and complete the check-out process.

The prices we charge for using our services or products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

Where Geom Lighting's quotation contains prices which are different from the published price list and the Order is placed within 30 days from the date of the quotation, then the prices shown in the quotation shall be the prices payable for the Goods.

​

For non-stock (bespoke) items a non refundable 50% deposit is payable at point of order.

​

Geom Lighting Ltd. reserves the right to cancel an order or transaction at any time, and, for any reason.

DELIVERY

​

We deliver using tracked DPD Logistics. While we do everything we can to adhere to delivery times stated, Geom will not have any liability to the Customer for any delay in delivery.

​

Our products are quality-checked before leaving us to ensure they are in perfect condition. Please inspect your goods upon arrival and do not sign for them unless you are certain that they have arrived in good condition. If you sign for the goods and they turn out to have been damaged, the transport company will not assume liability.

​

 

RETURNS

​

You are able to cancel your contract with us at any time up to 14 days after the day of delivery. If you wish to cancel your order you must contact us.

 

If you request a refund, we will refund the amount you paid for your goods, excluding the original delivery and the charge for returning the goods (unless they are faulty or damaged). The delivery charge is non-refundable.

Geom reserve the right to refuse a refund or deduct up to 25% of the original sale price from the refund amount, if we find that the product has been returned to us in a condition that is unsuitable for resale. Any products returned should be unused and in their original packaging.

 

Bespoke or customised products are not eligible for refunds unless they are proven to be faulty.

 

For security reasons, refunds are given by the same method that the original payment was made by.

 

This cancellation policy does not affect your statutory rights.

RETENTION OF THE RIGHT TO CHANGE OFFERING

We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

OWNERSHIP OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, PATENTS, COPYRIGHTS AND LOGOS

The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Geom.

 

Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.

RIGHT TO CHANGE & MODIFY TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these pages periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms.

 

Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the service.

DISPUTE

​

Any dispute between the parties shall be finally determined by the courts of England and Wales and the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of those courts.

 

All products offered by Geom are supplied expressly upon these terms with no additions or modifications.
